1. Organizer Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new organizer subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@karateflow.com within the 7-day period. Please include your username, the email associated with your account, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. After 7 Days
Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Tournament Registration Fees
KarateFlow is a platform that facilitates tournament organization. We do not directly handle tournament registration fees paid by participants to organizers. All refunds for tournament entry fees are at the sole discretion of the tournament organizer and must be handled directly with them according to their individual refund policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Any setup fees, one-time service charges, or custom development costs are non-refundable.
