1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KarateFlow (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. User Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. 3. Organizers and Tournaments
Organizers are solely responsible for the tournaments they create and manage. This includes ensuring the accuracy of tournament details, managing registrations, and adhering to all local laws and regulations. KarateFlow is a platform provider and is not responsible for the execution or outcome of any tournament.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KarateFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the originating country and foreign countries.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KarateFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
