KarateFlow is an all-in-one platform designed for the global karate community. It provides tools for organizers to manage tournaments, for coaches to manage their rosters, and for athletes to find events, build their profiles, and connect with others.

Creating an account as a participant or coach is completely free! This allows you to build your profile, follow others, and register for events. Tournament organizers require a subscription plan to create and manage their events.

Once you have an active organizer subscription, navigate to your dashboard and click on "My Tournaments". From there, you can click "Create New Tournament" and fill out all the necessary details, including dates, location, description, and event categories.

Yes! After participants have registered and you have approved them, you can go to the "Manage Tournament" page. For each category, you can set the maximum number of participants per bracket and click "Generate" to automatically create all the matches and handle byes.

From the tournament bracket page, you can launch a "Score Match" window for any active match. This control panel allows you to update scores and penalties in real-time. You can assign this match to a Public Display, which provides a simple, clean scoreboard view for screens at your event.

Log in to your account and navigate to "Find Tournaments." Browse the list of available events and click "View Details & Register." On the tournament page, you will see a list of categories you are eligible for and can register with a single click.

First, add your students to your team via the "My Roster" page on your dashboard. Then, when viewing a tournament's registration page, you will see an option to "Register a Student" for each category. Clicking this will bring up a list of your students to choose from.

Once the organizer has generated the brackets for your category, you can find the tournament on your dashboard. Click to view the details, and you will find a "View Bracket" link for your registered category. This will show you the full match tree.

Log in to your account and navigate to "Change Password" from the sidebar menu in your dashboard. You will need to enter your current password to set a new one.

From your dashboard, click on "My Profile." Here you can update your name, club, location, bio, and add details about your work and social media links.
